About Me!

Born and raised in Jakarta, Andhraka started his musical journey at the age of 7 with classical piano lessons. He then picked up the guitar at 13, and started performing at school and at local cafes with his band, whilst writing original music.

At 17, he picked up music production, and at 18, he got accepted into Berklee College of Music with the World Tour Scholarship

At Berklee, Andhraka swiftly started composing for projects with directors from the US, UK, Korean, and Indonesia. Notably, he Co-Composed original music for the 2024 Indie Short Film "Serious People" dir. by Imaji Fabiandava that was showcased at the JAFF Film Festival.

He also became an active session musician, often tracking guitar and bass for various records and projects. He has also performed with various groups such as Noxunus, YnA, BIC, Atticus, and many more all over Boston, New York, and the greater New England area in venues such as The House of Blues, The Berklee Caf, and The Shrine.

Andhraka has also kept in touch with his Indonesian roots, becoming the Vice President of the Berklee Indonesian Community, arranging and music directing the ensemble and club.

Currently based in Boston, Andhraka is continuing to write, arrange, compose, and collaborate, with a deep love and passion for music.

Working on Serious People with Andraka and his team was an incredibly rewarding experience. From the outset, they brought a strong sense of vision and clarity to the project, while still remaining open and collaborative in a way that elevated everyone’s contributions. Their ability to balance creative ambition with practical execution made a real difference throughout the process, especially in deadlines that required adaptability and quick problem-solving. What stood out most to me was their attention to detail and commitment to the story. Every choice, whether in melody, pacing, or sound direction, felt intentional and grounded in a deeper understanding of the material. The created an environment that encouraged trust and experimentation, which allowed the work to grow in unexpected and meaningful ways.

Andhraka composed and produced the score for my student short film Periwinkles. Despite the challenges posed by our physical distance overseas, he demonstrated exceptional musical insight, crafting a score that deeply enhanced and elevated the film’s narrative. With only a limited number of video references, he took on the ambitious task of blending indie pop with jazz, executing it with remarkable cohesion and delivering a composition that aligned seamlessly with the film’s atmosphere. His work was instrumental in bringing the project to life and played a significant role in its success on the film festival circuit.

Andhraka produced and performed the original score for my 2025 graduate animated film ‘Sunset Recipe’. Collaborating with him was a delight and very professional. The film is a light hearted romance with a push and pull dynamic. He did an amazing job at replicating this into a score. Communicating with him was very easy going and working with him was always smooth sailing. He is an extremely talented producer and and performer. I cannot not recommend him enough for any type of collaboration !
